Oncology Sales Representative/Specialist

Job Description
The Oncology Sales Representative/Specialist is responsible for representing and promoting Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation as a leader in the Oncology community and marketplace. Incumbents will be required to promote a highly technical and innovative product portfolio to a sophisticated audience while being dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales objectives. The development of relationships and maintaining an active presence with the most productive doctors in the community and associated organizations will be essential elements of the position. Customers include office-based physicians, consultant pharmacists, medical directors, key medical and nursing personnel, among others. There will be involvement with assisting in developing and implementing national and area strategies for the product line. The Sales Rep/Specialist will represent a consistent CUSTOMER FIRST approach to business activities and relationships. Qualified candidates must have a demonstrated record of success as they will serve as a peer leader and resource to the TEAM in order to facilitate a coordinated effort within accounts. Territory includes CO and Eastern Wyoming. Best place to live is the Denver area. Candidates must reside within the open territory.

Minimum requirements
Bachelor s Degree 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience At least 2 years of experience in oncology/urology/institutional/specialty sales. Computer literacy i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint Candidates must be self-motivated, possess a high degree of technical expertise, have exceptional selling skills, be team-oriented and must be familiar with the Oncology community.
